We do not sell any motorized vehicles to anyone under the age of 16. All motorized vehicles should be considered dangerous and only rode by experienced riders 16 years of age or older and wearing the proper protective gear. DirtCheapMotorSports.com or any of its affiliates will not be
held responsible for any injuries or damage that may occur due to any item purchased from this website or our retail store. Please ride responsibly and ride at your own risk. First-time riders should seek professional lessons before riding and should be closely supervised by an experienced
adult at all times.
Warranty
All sales are final with no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges unless approved by management, which may incur a 25% re-stocking fee. All of
our vehicles (except the mini dirt bike/pocket bike/atv, 2 stroke vehicles, and electric vehicles) come standard with a limited manufacturer parts warranty on the engine only for 2 years and everything else for 30 days. This covers manufacturer defects on parts only. It does not cover
accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, pick-up/delivery/shipping, labor, transmission, battery, inner tubes, and wearable items (such as the tires,
clutch, belt, brake pads/shoes, etc.).

Our store / showroom is just North of Atlanta in Cumming, Georgia.
From Atlanta, go North on GA 400 to exit 17 and turn left (West).
Go one mile to the end at Dahlonega Hwy (Hwy 9) and turn right (North).
Go one mile and we are on the left.

Local Delivery
Delivery is available for $50.00 plus $3.00 per mile (Cycle must be purchased before delivery).
We also pick up / deliver cycles needing service for $50.00 plus $3.00 per mile.
Shipping Available
Delivery is available to anywhere in the United States to your residential house, business, or local freight terminal near you for a small fee. We
ship from several different warehouses all over the country so you receive the lowest shipping cost. We will email you a tracking number to insure
a safe delivery. You will receive your item in the original box from the manufacturer usually in 1 to 5 business days after receipt of cleared payment. Most units are 95% assembled, so some minor assembly is required like installing the wheels, handlebars, racks, battery, etc. The major items,
like the motor, wiring, chain, and brakes are already complete from the manufacturer.
